class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The project tries to add Romania and Moldova to the existing knowledge about fertility dynamics, and thus completing the demographic picture of Europe, as both countries have not been included in most comparative analyses related to Eastern Europe, usually due to data quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The final goal of FERM project is to offer a set of academic informed policies to recover fertility for Romania and Moldova through the complex research of fertility dynamics and determining factors, highlighting the specifics of national contexts and their impact on fertility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-neve-text-color-color has-text-color\"><strong>OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-neve-text-color-color has-text-color\">1) The comparative analysis of fertility dynamics in Romania and Moldova regarding the transition of fertility from the traditional early model to the late one<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-neve-text-color-color has-text-color\">2) Comparative research of demographic policies in the region, and of their impact on short-term and long-term population dynamics<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-neve-text-color-color has-text-color wp-container-content-69bc4bdf\">3) The Policy Toolkit of policy measures (care services, labour market, financial incentives) and
